All players ages 18+ are welcome to join teams and play on the field in any gender combination.
TEAM SIGNUP
Register as Captain, then send invites to teammates from your team dashboard, which can include payment requests, paid directly toward the team balance. Cancel team registration anytime before the Signup Deadline and we will refund everyone. (More info)
INDIVIDUAL SIGNUP
Register as an Individual and SOPFC will place you on a team. This is a great way to meet new people right off the bat! You can also invite friends to play on the same team.

This free session mirrors Week 1 of our Beginners Only program, giving you a real feel for how we teach, how we play, and what makes SOPFC different—before committing to a full season.
No one expects you to know what you’re doing, and you do not need to be fit, fast, or coordinated to participate. We offer a supportive environment where learning comes first.
WHO IT'S FOR:
- True beginners with little to no soccer experience
- Adults ages 18-75 who’ve always wanted to try soccer but felt intimidated
- Anyone curious about SOPFC and our coaching style
WHAT TO EXPECT:
- A coach-led instructional session focused on fundamentals
- Simple drills covering movement, passing, and spacing
- A short, supported scrimmage with active coaching
- Coaches may pause play to explain concepts or answer questions
After the session, we’ll host a post-game hangout with refreshments at the field, and help guide you to the right Beginners Only level if you want to continue.
